Cannablossom Stores ships every order by Canada Post Xpresspost from our secure facility in British Columbia. Orders paid before 12pm PST on a business day are dispatched the same day; anything later goes out the next business day.

How Your Order Is Packaged

Products are vacuum-sealed to remove odour, wrapped, then placed in a plain box or bubble mailer. There is no branding, no cannabis wording and no itemised contents on the outside — just a return address, exactly like any other parcel.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If tracking stalls for more than 48 hours or your parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number. We open a Canada Post trace, and where a parcel is confirmed lost in transit we reship or refund it in full.

Xpresspost scans can lag by a day. If there is no movement after 48 hours, contact us and we will open a trace with Canada Post.
