Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your province — 19 in most, 18 in Alberta, 21 in Quebec — and ordering for personal use within Canada. Orders that breach this are cancelled and refunded.

Orders and Payment

Payment is by Interac e-Transfer. An order is not confirmed until payment is received. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 48 hours.

Possession Limits

Canadian law permits possession of up to 30 grams of dried cannabis or equivalent in public. We may limit order size accordingly.

Shipping Risk

Title passes on delivery to Canada Post. Where a tracked parcel is confirmed lost in transit we reship or refund; we are not responsible for parcels marked delivered to an address you provided incorrectly.

Prohibited Use

You may not resell our products, ship them outside Canada, or provide them to anyone under the legal age.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
