Follow the emailed Interac instructions, using the exact total and the security answer provided. We confirm payment automatically.

Step 4 — Same-Day Dispatch

Paid before 12pm PST on a business day? Your parcel is sealed and handed to Canada Post that afternoon.

Step 5 — Track and Receive

You get an Xpresspost tracking number by email. Most Canadian addresses receive their order in 2–3 business days.

Payment Questions

Canadian banks and card networks still restrict cannabis transactions, so e-Transfer is the fastest, safest and lowest-fee option available to online dispensaries.

Log in to your online banking, choose Interac e-Transfer, add the recipient email shown in your order email, enter the exact order total, and use the security answer we provide.

We auto-deposit the transfer, mark the order paid and dispatch it the same business day if it is before 12pm PST. Your tracking number arrives by email.

Contact us right away. If the parcel has not been sealed we can usually adjust it; once it is with Canada Post we cannot change the contents.
